B2C Trade Marketing Manager – Open Position

The Trade Marketing Manager Open Position will report to the director of Marketing and Strategic Planning. This role involves working on a team with sales and finance individuals focusing on specific national accounts. A successful trade marketing manager will be able to generate creative ideas firmly grounded in analytical insight that will serve to increase value to the customer.

Trade Marketing Manager Open Position Responsibilities

Primary goal to work with sales to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for assigned national accounts.

Specific actions include: Sku assortment optimization based on sell-in and sell-through data, promotional program design and planning; commercial offer, in store communication and merchandising.

Coordinate cross-functional team communications for all Launch Planning activity based on information sourced from international partners.

Perform regular analysis of current market & competitive trends – as well as spending vs. sales results

Partner with Marketing/Creative Service to create Retailer Presentation and to come up with new initiatives based on specific needs and trade trends

Provide ongoing analysis of Retail/Gross Sales. Product Launches, and associated Advertising/Visuals

Trade Marketing Manager Open Position Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree is required

2+ years of experience in Trade Marketing/Retail Marketing of Strategic Planning at a major beauty, Fashion or Luxury or other brand driven consumer goods company

Strong proficiency in Excel requires analytical and reporting skills and the ability to present your information/findings

Expert understanding of the sales process
